Michael established 2nd Half Strong after his own transformation from burnt-out corporate dad to a stronger, leaner, and more confident version of himself. Juggling family, career, and the toll of midlife stress, he realised that traditional fitness advice didn’t fit real men with real responsibilities.

Today, Michael helps busy men over 35 reclaim their energy, build muscle, and take control of their hormones through tailored training, nutrition, and lifestyle systems that actually work. With firsthand experience on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and years spent refining evidence-based strategies, he guides his clients toward lasting results—not quick fixes.
